Shipping Policy

Packages are shipped within 1 business day of purchase. If something prevents that from happening (vacation, natural disaster), shipping delays will be mentioned in a site banner.

Return & Exchange Policy

You can request a cancellation before shipment, but cancellations will be charged a 3% fee to recover the non-refundable payment processing fee from the initial transaction. After shipment, we do not offer returns. If something is damaged during transit, or something is wrong with the shipment, email david@uncannypoke.com
